SAUCIER, MISSISSIPPI - SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 —Mississippi residents stand in line waiting for gas to be sold at the L1 Stop & Grocery on September 1, 2005, in Saucier, Mississippi, three days after Hurricane Katrina ripped through the Gulf Coast. Residents reported that the lines typically took 3 1/2 hours to move about fifty yards.
