HA'APAI, TONGA - APRIL 14: Children play and swim in their clothes off a wharf on April 14, 2007 on the main island of the Ha'api Island chain in Tonga. Tongans are known for conservative dress codes, including at the beach where most will not wear typical, western swimsuits and instead swim fully clothed. Tonga is one of the last surviving monarchies in the Pacific islands, however there has been a recent push towards democratic reform, challenging the people of Tonga to maintain their cultural heritage while conforming to modern day capitalism.
